ILS students are a dynamic and diverse group. Students come to ILS with degrees from nearly every academic discipline: music to biochemistry, French to math, art history to education. Every major is welcome. Read through the ILS website to learn ways to be involved in the school. The more you know, the better you will understand your options. Contact the ILS Office or any of the faculty with questions.
Student organizations provide networking, scholarship, conference, and job placement information. (ILS Student Groups receive funding support from the School through Sarah Burton, Director of Finance.)
In addition to the ILS student chapters of professional associations, Indiana University has a Graduate and Professional Student Organization (GPSO). Students may also participate in a number of other professional groups.
